History of Property Management

Louis and Cathleen Peay, owners of Peay Investment Properties, LLC, have been managing residential rental property together since 2000 in North Carolina.  Louis has over 30 years experience managing residential rental property with his family in New Jersey. Together they have offered top quality housing in the area for almost 15 years, focusing on clean, updated, family friendly housing offerings available to all income levels.  The Peay's have worked closely with government housing programs.  Louis has served in the past on the Wake County Housing Authority's Section 8 Landlord Advisory Committee.
